Eight certificate sets, and the documents we issue per order. Each one is published with its scope — because a certificate that is quoted without its scope is a claim, not a document.

| Document | What it shows | Scope / limitation |
|---|---|---|
| ISET CE Mark Certificate Cleaning wipes · 2020 | Voluntary ISET certificate related to the submitted cleaning-wipe product and the manufacturer’s declaration. | The shown certificate expired on 7 Apr 2023. It states it is not an assessment of product safety or compliance, so it is not evidence of current CE conformity. |
| EU Authorized Representative GPSR appointment | Records the appointment of EUROPSTAR GmbH as the EU Authorized Representative; the agreement shown runs from 1 Nov 2025 to 31 Oct 2027. | This EU representative appointment is not product approval. Confirm the appointed scope and relevant products in the full agreement. |
| ISO 9001:2015 Quality management system | Quality-management certification for production and sales of cleaning-care products; the shown certificate is valid through 2 Feb 2027. | Certifies the named organization’s management system and stated scope, not an individual product or formulation. |
| Made-in-China Verified Supplier Supplier audit report · 2026 | CTI audit report QIP-ASI261572 dated 23 May 2026, covering supplier identity, site details and declared product range. | A supplier-verification/audit report, not a product certificate or proof of regulatory compliance for every item. |
| PFAS Screening Test Report Submitted wipes samples · 2023 | Test request concerns PFAS content in the cleaning-wipe sample(s) submitted for testing. | The shown first page directs readers to later pages for results. Do not claim PFAS-free or a pass result without reviewing the complete report. |
| RoHS 4-Substances Test Report Submitted sample · 2025 | Tests lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium in the submitted sample; the report states the results meet the cited EU RoHS limits. | Applies to the tested sample and these four substances only; it does not establish compliance for every SKU or all restricted substances. |
| SDS · Liquid Shoe Polish DGC260103001A · 3 Jan 2026 | Safety data sheet for the named liquid shoe-polish product, providing hazard, handling, storage and emergency information. | An SDS is not a product certification and applies to the described product/formula; request an updated sheet if the formulation changes. |
| Intertek WCA Workplace conditions assessment | Facility-level Workplace Conditions Assessment; the shown registration is valid from 19 Mar 2026 to 18 Mar 2027. | Assesses workplace practices at the named facility, not product quality or product compliance. Scope and validity are site-specific. |
Some complete report pages and document details are not shown here. Contact us to request a specific certificate or report; we can share the applicable document and confirm its scope, validity and market fit.
Certificate of analysis for the batch actually shipped, not a generic sheet.
Third-party test report on the finished product, per market requirement.
Accelerated and real-time data supporting the shelf life we print.
Front and back panel checked against the destination labelling rules.
Issued for the destination’s preferential or non-preferential scheme.
Invoice, packing list and dangerous goods classification where it applies.
Raw material lots, fill records and retained sample tied to one batch number.
A sealed sample per batch, held for the shelf life of the product.
No gated download, no form wall. Send the market and the set comes back.
Country, channel and the product category. Those three decide which document set applies before anything else is discussed.
Certificates with their scope statements, plus the SDS and COA template for the SKUs in question. Usually one working day.
Written confirmation of what the certificate covers for your market — and, where relevant, what it does not.
Batch COA, origin, packing list and dangerous goods classification issued against the order that actually ships.
Most compliance problems are not caused by a missing certificate. They are caused by a certificate being quoted outside its scope, on a product or a market it was never issued for.
If the certificate holder, scope, validity or target market does not line up with the order, the mark does not go on the carton. We would rather lose the artwork round than ship a claim that fails at the border or at the retailer’s audit.
A certificate on its own reads as a blanket approval. Every document we send goes out with the scope statement attached, so the buyer can see exactly which site, which product family and which market it applies to.
If a retailer asks for something we are not certified to, we say so at the brief stage and quote the audit or the testing as a separate project line with a date. Discovering it after tooling is the expensive version.
Yes. Send the market and the product category and we will send the certificate set that applies, plus the scope statement for each one. Nothing is withheld until an order exists.
That is the part we check per order. A certificate is issued to a scope and a site; whether it satisfies your market’s requirement depends on the product, the classification and the retailer’s own policy. We confirm that in writing rather than assume it.
Only after the certificate holder, scope, validity and target market are verified for that order. A mark on a carton is a claim, and an unverified claim is the buyer’s liability, not ours.
We say so first, then quote the testing or the audit as a project line. Some standards can be added to a site in a few months; others cannot, and it is cheaper to know that at the brief stage.
Standard sets — SDS, COA, origin, packing list — usually within one working day of the request. Third-party test reports depend on the lab queue and are quoted with a date, not a promise.
Send the market, the category and the deadline. If a document has to be reissued or a test has to be booked, we will say what is possible by that date.
