One partner.
Three categories.
BIKI develops and manufactures shoe care, car care and home care products for brands, distributors and wholesalers. Formulation, filling, brush assembly and print sit on one site in Xiaolan, Zhongshan.
The company
Started with
shoe care.
BIKI began as a shoe care manufacturer in Xiaolan, Zhongshan, and stayed in the category long enough to learn where formulations fail — suede that stiffens, leather that darkens, wax that will not buff.
Car care and home care followed as the same distributors asked for a second and a third shelf. The three categories now share one packaging language, which is what makes a single supplier practical for a multi-category retailer.

Twenty-two years,
nine steps.
Told in order, with the decision behind each one.
Founded in Xiaolan, Zhongshan, by Zhang Huabiao after years on the front line in sales and formulation. The ambition was set on day one: a Chinese brand built to a world standard.

Export began, and the range moved from shoe polish alone to the wider care and cleaning field. Own-brand production was joined by OEM / ODM work for international brands.

Production and management went digital. ERP tied purchasing, planning and stock into one system — lower operating cost, faster line response.

A new plant and high-precision automated lines. Daily capacity reached 50,000 units, with quality steadier because the line set the pace, not the operator.

Certified to ISO 9001. Quality management became documented and auditable — the footing for long-running relationships with customers, material suppliers and logistics partners.

Online channels opened. Two in-house products — the white-sneaker cleaner and the shoe-cleaning wipe — became category bestsellers, built from what customers actually complained about.

Service was turned into a product: order progress made visible, response times committed to. Short-form video followed, moving the company from shipping product to publishing know-how.

The plant was rebuilt and re-equipped. Daily capacity passed 100,000 units, to more than 100 markets. The next decade stays on the core business, capability-led.

AI is being applied to market operations, brand building and customer service, alongside a wider global content footprint — faster, more precise OEM / ODM support.

Three rules
we do not bend.
They are the reason a range reads as a range rather than a collection of SKUs.
Formulate for the material
A cleaner is only as good as the surface it is sold for. Every claim is tested on the substrate it names.
Keep the range coherent
One packaging language across SKUs. A shelf should read as a range, not a collection.
Say what is verified
Certification documents on request, scope confirmed per market. No marks on packaging before the paperwork is checked.
