The MOQ, lead-time and tooling figures under “Existing MOQ & tooling benchmarks” are indicative references for those formats, not guaranteed terms for every product or category. Mixed pallets across SKUs in the same category may be accepted when confirmed in the quotation. Lead time is measured from artwork approval and sample sign-off, not from inquiry. For the three product families above, we confirm the applicable MOQ, pack, tooling and production schedule after reviewing the brief, formula, target market and order mix.

Current format-level benchmarks are 3,000 pieces per SKU for listed liquids and wax / cream tins, 2,000 sets for kits and brush sets, and 5,000 pieces per SKU for refill pouches. These are indicative references rather than automatic minimums for every shoe-care, car-care or home-care product. Mixed pallets across SKUs in the same category may be accepted when confirmed in the quotation; final MOQ depends on the formula, pack and order mix.
You own the artwork and any tooling paid for by the project. We hold the files and can hand over editable versions at any point.
Yes for fragrance, colour and viscosity. Send the sample with the intended substrate; matching a fragrance without knowing the surface it sits on usually leads to a second round.
Four to six weeks for a standard formula in an existing pack, eight to twelve weeks where new tooling or a new fragrance accord is involved. Validation panels run in parallel with packaging.
Certification documents on request, with scope confirmed per market. We do not print certification marks on packaging until the certificate holder, scope, validity and target market are verified for that order.
Yes — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the transport classification for dangerous goods where applicable.
